Casa Lucia is Health First certified and operates in accordance with all measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19

  • Collaboration with a health provider for tests in Casa Lucia for our guests if they wish which acts according to the instructions of NPHO (National Public Health Organisation) for the control of COVID-19 and in particular is trained in taking nasopharyngeal samples for molecular control from a suspicious case. Also, in the context of telemedicine, they monitor a suspicious case and close contacts.
  • Education of staff in observance of the health protocols
  • Rapid tests or self-tests are carried out by all Casa Lucia staff, at least once a week.

    • No entry in cottage for non-residents of that specific cottage.

    • Implementation of the special instructions for cleaning in the case of appearance of a case of COVID-19 in accordance with the relevant instructions of the Department of Health (ΕΟΔΥ)

    • Observance of all cleaning rules of water recreation installations, regular cleaning and disinfection in accordance with article Δ1γ/Γ.Π/οικ 19954/20.03.2020 circular of the Department of Health ""Measures for the cleaning and disinfection of spaces and surfaces during the pandemic SARS-CoV-2»(ΑΔΑ: 6ΚΨ6465ΦΥΟ-1ΝΔ)
    • Correct maintenance and operation of chlorination in accordance with the written law (see Γ1/443/1973 ministerial decision as amended in both articles Γ4/1150/76 and ΔΥΓ2/80825/05 and in the circular concerning "Prevention of Legionnaire's Disease"
      o Control of the PH levels in water recreation installations, to be kept within the levels recommended by the ministerial decision (see article Γ1/443/1973 as amended in both articles Γ4/1150/76 and ΔΥΓ2/80825/05 )
    • The greatest total number of swimmers entering the pool at any time shall not exceed one swimmer per 5 sq m of the pool surface
    • Distance of at least 2 metres must be kept between seating
    • Every pool kiosk and its furniture is allocated to a specific cottage for exclusive use
    • Strong recommendation for thorough showering before and after entering the swimming pool. All common spaces to be operated in accordance with the current legal measures
  • Public Spaces
    • Αntiseptic handwash is available in all public spaces
    • Avoidance of over-crowding in public spaces (2 people/10 sq.m)
    • Toilets: avoidance of crowding and flushing the toilet with the lid closed to avoid infection through airborne droplets.
