13:10-14:10 Lunch: bring something to our collective table

14:15-15:15 Bodylistening-Dance: Techniques of physical, mental and creative skill and flexibility. With Zoë Valerie

15:10-16:10 Listening to my voice: With Niskria-Elena Kazantzidis

16:10-17:00 Vipassana: Traditional meditative technique with attention to the breath. With Sunder Yamini Paola Romeou

17:00-18:00 Kundalini: A combination of shaking, dancing and silence. With Niskria-Elena Kazantzidis
