• Monday 11:00-12:30, Self-Management: we focus on techniques of body/mind self-management towards decompression, strengthening and healing. € 30 per month or € 8 per class. More Information

• Individual Sessions: breath/kinetic conditioning. 2 hours. €50. More Information
• Special courses for one or two individuals and groups. More Information

In cases where transport is not possible sessions take place at the client's home.

The monthly subscription includes 50% discount on all individual sessions and further discounts apply with participation in more than one course.

• A few times a year these classes are taught by visiting teachers and accompanied by musicians/singers.
