Accommodation in shared rooms: 30 € per day

The workshop: Training each day from 9:00 - 12:00 and 18:00 - 21:00

The week (01.06. – 06.06): (for deeper insight into the MTK-style)

Basic exercises, breathing exercises

Short Form - Exploring the 8 Basic Techniques such as Peng, Lὕ - Long Form

Partner work in the Short Form and Long Form

The Art of Stepping / stepping patterns like Dalü and others

Sword play and sword sparring

The weekend (07.06. – 09.06.): addresses all T’ai Chi styles

The focus will be on the practical side of T’ai Chi Ch’uan, including:

T’ai chi principles in the Form and in partner work

Pictures of the Forms and various applications

Tuishou – fixed step and mobile

Please note: T’ai Chi Ch’uan is a boxing art – not a wrestling art.

Tuishou (sensing hands / listening hands) leads to the skills of the martial art.

Ferry from Venice to Corfu (takes about 24 hours)

The place:

Casa Lucia is a wonderful location. The calm atmosphere of the place inspires the practice.

Situated in the centre of the island Casa Lucia is a good starting point to explore Corfu.
