A Mantra workshop for under 18s.

Mantra means inner sound, a song close to the soul, like a global prayer. For children and young people it is something more: a different way to come close to the spiritual self without ritual or ceremony: just by playing with sound.
In this meeting we will learn some easy and simple mantras from American Indian, African and Indian civilizations. We can all sing mantras and there is no right or wrong way. When all our voices will become one, singing has united us. This is the purpose of singing.

Niskriya-Elena Kazantzidi studied Voice work in Italy and Switzerland. She holds a diploma from VOICING institute and since 2008 leads her own groups and gives sessions.
