The deepest interplay of Yin and Yang in the Taoist vision is between Wu and You, Formlessness and Form. In the T’ai Chi dance this is reflected in the action and its shadow. In this seminario I would like to explore this complimentarity.

Tuition: 190 euros for whole course : 40 euros per half-day session, 15 euros per hour:   Concessions available for students and unwaged.

On all three mornings there will be a free session of T’ai Chi at 8.15 open to all Neither accommodation nor meals are included in the price: those who wish may bring vegetarian food to share at lunchtime : we will also order food in as required. Self-catering shared accommodation at Casa Lucia is 30 euros per night, 50 euros single occupancy
