Miguel Angel Bertran - creator of Philosomatics - invites us to share an experience of deep listening to our bodies, to sense and explore their surprising sensitivity and vitality and to understand the benefits this brings to our health as well as to our body/mind/spiritual integration.

We’ll be working in groups of three - giver, receiver and witness - through simple experiences of breathing awareness, of a loving and respectful contact with our own body as well as with that of the others, expanding a loving and non-critical testament of what is presented here and now.

We shall also have the opportunity to witness as a group Miguel Angel’s interpretation of SGM massage: and we’ll end by verbally exchanging our individual sensations in a circle.

The aim of proposing such sharing is simply to give us the opportunity to communicate and testify to the essence of our common humanity to each other.

The meeting, offered free of charge, will take place on Wednesday October 10th from 14:00 to 22:00.

Comfortable clothing is advised.
