2 to 1 resonant touch is an immersive 2 to 1 hands-on healing experience led by Zoë & Marion. It is a combination of Ensoma (Zoë’s practice) and SomaSophic Restoration (Marion’s Practice). These two practices are similar, different and complementary. Each is unique, combining various approaches to health, in constant evolution and custom made.
2 to 1 resonant touch is an integrative embodied practice which optimises neurobiological function through restorative touch, movement, and breath.
It weaves together diverse traditions, including massage and bodywork techniques such as the Ilan Lev Method, Thai Yoga Massage, myofascial therapy and Craniosacral Biodynamics, alongside therapeutic movement and contact practices.
Rooted in Polyvagal Theory, neuromuscular therapy, and non-dualistic tantric principles, trauma-informed, inclusive, and transcontextual learning, as well as neurobiological and somatic research, the practice is supportive for individuals of all cultural backgrounds, ages, genders and physical conditions.
