We examine the roots of T’ai chi in the I Ching and the intuition and sensitivity that is developed in the training, allowing us to flow with Change.The I Ching, or the Book of Changes, is an ancient divination text and the oldest of the Chinese classics.

Friday May 1^st : 10.00 – 13.30 : Introductory Talk and Meditation: T’ai Chi and Qigong

Saturday May 2^nd : 10.00 – 13.30 T’ai Chi and Qigong

15.30 to 19.30 : T’ai Chi, Qigong, Meditation

Sunday May 3^rd : 10.00 – 13.30 T’ai Chi and Qigong

13.45 Closing Lunch

Tuition: 190 euros for whole course : 40 euros per half-day session, 15 euros per hour:   Concessions available for students and unwaged. On all three mornings there will be a free session of T’ai Chi at 8.15 open to all.

Self-catering shared accommodation at Casa Lucia is 30 euros per night, 50 euros single occupancy: those who wish may bring vegetarian food to share at lunchtime and we will also order food in as required.
