‘Death & Dying’ Workshop with Tew Bunnag 14,15,16,17 October 2010
Intensive T'ai Chi and Qigong training, cultivating our ability to face death and to accompany others who are dying. The techniques of T’ai chi & Qigong and also meditation help to heighten awareness. The sensitive training throughout the workshop helps break through our resistance and fear of facing death. Far from being morbid, the effects of Tew Bunnag's teaching are uplifting, inspiring and life-enhancing.
