This class incorporates Yoga and additional stretches to increase strength, improve agility and circulation with controlled breathing to help calm the mind.

During my early years I trained in Classical ballet and Dance in Australia and London and realised after many years that it was too strenuous on the body so I decided to take up Hatha Yoga and attended classes and courses as I loved the balance and flow of the poses and the increased strength and agility.
