11:30 - 13:00 Kung Fu Technique (all ages)

13:00 -13:30 Kung Fu & Sanda (Chinese Boxing) for teenagers. Self defense, sparring, self and surrounding awareness, control of power as well as character and body strength. 

It is possible to join one, two or three sessions.
