We embody wisdom

We are living in extraordinary times.
Trust in our instincts and in the genius of nature may be shaken.
Coherence between mind and body may be disturbed.

Maintaining awareness of the perfect construction and function of our organism restores trust in the body and its wisdom. This trust restores the natural solidarity between body and mind.

For me, my family and the people I work with, this is how our resilience is preserved.

Like when we were kids…

The natural solidarity between body and mind

The mind inhabits the body, the entire body. The functioning mechanisms of the body and mind coexist and collaborate in astonishing ways. When this is allowed.

We often lose sense of our body and with it the inner logic of our anatomy. This restriction of the body’s wisdom leads to disruption of the solidarity within the organism and ends up in restrictions in our health. Through regaining sensation and therefore optimal use of the body coherence returns.

The class is in English and Greek according to participants' needs.
